You inspired me Bob. I am down to 170 (as of this AM) from 230+ at my high a few years back. I lost 30 and stayed there for a few years but I was still way overweight, I just plateud at 200. Then in April my folks came out and they love ice cream (conference time, my birthday, etc.) and my wife bought like 16 cartons of varying ice creams on sale. We ate and laughed and I stepped on the scale at 210, yikes I was going backwards. So I began a new regimen. By July 4 I was back to 200. Later that month I got a fitbit (swear by them) and started running/starving daily, have been losing 10 lbs a month since. My goal target is 150 but, I think 160 is probably going to be a healthier look for me. Even at 170 I'm looking a little gaunt in the face, but I'm getting used to it. I didn't have any clothes smaller than 38s so I purchased half dozen 36s, then 34s and now they are falling off me. I got smart and bought some 33s/32s too, not taking tags off until I use them... You go Bob!!!
