Non-scale victory of the week!
Sadly I have none this week.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Drink more water since i was trying to walk some just not overdoing it so my hips would not hurt.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Get better at my walking -trying to be hip pain free- and drinking more water. Will buy a galon of water to bring to work and refill my smaller bottles of water from the big one to actually see it to drinking a gallon per day.
