Non-scale victory of the week!

Sadly I have none this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drink more water since i was trying to walk some just not overdoing it so my hips would not hurt.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Get better at my walking -trying to be hip pain free- and drinking more water. Will buy a galon of water to bring to work and refill my smaller bottles of water from the big one to actually see it to drinking a gallon per day.

Not gaining weight, I have been trying to lose but was not able so at least i didn't gain.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

walk more but I had both hips hurting me at different times so it was little difficult to get lots of steps in, also I need to drink more water.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I don't have such bad pain in my hips so i'm planning on walking trying to at least get to 10,000 instead of my 12,000 goal and drinking lots of water.

Non-scale victory of the week!

starting new goal to walk 12,000 steps except some days of the week i couldn't since kid had lots of homework and needed to help or we got visit and oh well.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not sure this week, I was drinking between 6-7 bottles of water maybe go for 8 in a day and about walking more is just little hard because i work from a desk, will just try for this coming week and walk more to make sure i meet my goal every day of the week so i can increase my goal by 1000 steps again.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More water and salads perhaps since for the last 7 days only 5 of 7 days i meet my walking goals.

go up on my walking goal to 12,000 daily steps and drink more water as well as start adding some salads for dinner each night.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have this brown vest I really use to love wearing but since it didn't fit anymore I kind of put it away and this week I came across it in my closet decided to try it on and IT FITTED, yes after maybe 3-4 years It actually fitted, I felt so happy that I was able to notice some progress because I can't really tell yet so that was very excited.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Walk more as well as drink more water AND really not let myself rest on the days from ending last dietbet and begining the new one. I end up gaining about 1.5 pounds so I will really be working myself the next few days to bring that down on top of my normal goal.

Drinking lots of water in order to be full and eat less.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Walked more, i could have walk more during this past week but I didn't some days it was raining and it would stop for little but since it was really cold I would not go out and walk and I should have.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

To start my next dietbet, not gain weight during the time inbetween which is just two days but I can still gain some weight back if I don't continue walking and drinking lots of water. For my 3rd dietbet(April/May) my plan is to start eating little more healthier since i've been doing the walking and drinking water for two dietbets now I need to add litlle more to my daily routines.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drink more water, I started the week drinking 7-8 bottles of water but come Thursday since the weather was getting cold i only drank 5 bottles and today is Friday 11am and I only have drink 2 instead of 3. I try to drink 1 bottle per hour from 8 to 4 with the last two hours of the work day drinking from 1 to 2 bottles depending on how busy I get.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I want to walk at least 5 times this coming week. My plan is to set a new goal on my walking app of 12,000 steps by Saturday that way I can start walking Sun and the rest of the week trying to meet my goal. Also drink my 7 bottles of water.

Non-scale victory of the week!

For some reason some of my clothes felt bit looser but I didn't lose any weight this past week, yes I did many many steps this past week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drink more water, Since I was on spring break I was able to have more time to walk but would not drink much water as I spent great amounts of time outside and not many places I was had bathrooms. I was drinking about 4-5 bottles instead of 7-8.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

To drink 7-8 or 9 bottles of water plus continue doing over 11000 steps on a daily basis. Once I reach my goal for a few days I increase my steps by 1000. Hopefully this week I can surpass my goal few more days so I can increase to 12,000.

Usually don't have tempting foods, to me is more like staying away from pastas. I been slowly taking them off our menu the ones that i used so far are made from veggies or so that's what the package says but This week I only ate pasta once.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drink more water since it has been raining all week for us and we don't have an indoor mall to go for a walk.

To try and walk more times but the forecast shows already three days of next week will rain. hopefully not all day so i can go for random walks. All helps!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I made fries for my daughter this week a few times and ate none. I had a few salads with either ranch or cottage cheese as dressing for dinner.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Started walking 30 minutes again increasing them slowly, i'm up to 40 but did not walk every night because of appointments or meetings at school. Since i knew i was not going to be able to walk in the afternoons I walk more during work time taking the long roads or just making more rounds than usual.
