Non-scale victory of the week!

This week I really hit my stride: volunteering all weekend at a climate change event; walked the dog 5 days; exercised at the gym 4x; hit my fitbit step goal almost every day. Great week, great results. I will be keeping this up.

Drank more water, can't get enough.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I made it to the gym for the first time in a LONG time. Back to eating smartly and the dog loves going for walks.
