What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Planning ahead. When I get hungry, I don't have healthy snacks, so I just reach for high calorie foods. And when I'm too tired to cook dinner, it's easier to just order pizza than make something.

Stick to my 1290 calorie/day diet (as recommended by my nutritionist). I've already lost some weight on this diet and feel great about it. Begin a 90 day workout program.
