Non-scale victory of the week!
Today I went to the gym for an hour and a half on my day off! I worked out on the elliptical for half and hour, then the treadmill for half an hour. I hopped back on the elliptical for an extra little bit! :)
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I really need to hustle and get on meal prep. Too often I'm hungry and find myself staring at unhealthy foods in the fridge.
