Non-scale victory of the week!

I hired a lifestyle coach and have been doing great. She doesn’t really like that I needed to weigh because the scale is a no no to her, but it was a terrific surprise today!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve been continuing to work out and staying off the scale. I was at a plateau and I felt the scale was holding me back. Pushed through and it evidently worked!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had a great couple weeks, but I need to give myself a break sometimes. I best myself up to much this week before weigh in.

Believe it or not I weighed yesterday because I was thinking it was the end of the round. My weight was 252. I went out last night and had one drink and appetizers and the scale says I gained 8lbs. So frustrating!
