Have remained relatively constant with the P90X3 workouts. With a busy schedule, missed a couple of sessions but just kept pushing through. Busy work week of call has made it a challenge. Find the exercise to be a great stress relief with all of the work issues.
P.S. Have been relatively OK at deciding which foods to consume and the amounts. Have not gone overboard with sweets and have avoided the pizza in the hospital which was my stress go-to food.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Nutrition could have been followed much, much better. Beginning of the week went well. Mid-week: starting losing track of the caloric intake and macros. Thursday night at the brew pub was a little set back with both nutrition as well as exercise. The call weekend hampered my progress as I've made some bad, not horrible, food choices.
