I started my weight loss journey in 2015. I went from 425 pounds to my current weight of 270 and I’m stuck. It’s becoming very frustrating and I’ve lost motivation. I need to get it back to get to my ultimate goal of 185.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Had a biometric screening at work and all of my numbers were great except my BMI which of course I’m working on.

Non-scale victory of the week!

A pair of workout pants that didn’t fit me at all in January now fit perfectly!

Gave myself more of a break. Very sore because of going so hard.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had some gift cards for Victoria’s Secret and ordered Panties and a shirt and they all fit perfectly!!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Less chocolate.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Wearing a shirt today that I haven’t worn in a long time because I wasn’t happy with the fit.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I underate and overworked Wednesday and felt super sick after the gym. I go later on that day than normal so I need to adjust my eating schedule on that day.
