Non-scale victory of the week!

Well after having gotten to my lowest Wright in March I have gained almost 30 pounds. Now I have to start over with the wight liss thanks to 3 herniated disc's. At least I didn't need surgery.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I don't get sore after exercising, even when I exercise A LOT. Maybe that's bad and I need to Amp it up. But it does mean my body is conditioned for exercising.

Non-scale victory of the week!

The scale was by far the biggest challenge of this week. I didn't think I would make my goal. But I worked my butt off and just made it. That was my biggest success.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I lost my healthy eating rhythm around Thanksgiving. I made up for it this week but should have been stricter sooner. I also didn't exercise enough since I was super busy with work.
