Non-scale victory of the week!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

It took a fast day to hit the target, and I would have preferred to get there more naturally. But I had to go away unexpectedly last week to deal with a problem so I’m really thrilled to have got there at all. I think the forced rushing about kept up the exercise. I put in an unofficial weight when I got back, and looking at it today, it said something like 35.1kg. After an initial panic about somebody messing with my data I realised I must have put in my kg weight (77.4 then) with the app set to pounds. So I could have done that better.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Longest walk for a while, despite arthritic knee. 12 miles in rough hilly terrain. Some other very active days.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Despite all the exercise, losing weight was a real struggle. Had a bottle of wine, and too many oatcakes.

Getting over a stubborn plateau. My body was absolutely determined to slow down and hang onto the kilos. have had to force myself to keep moving. But I hit the target.

Sleep

Not to put on lots of weight on a residemtial course where I can’t control what food is on offer. Getting to my target weight was very difficult so I could easily rebound, especially if I have to do a lot of sitting around.

To keep losing weight, but more slowly. Have lost 8%plus in two months and it got difficult towards the end. So will do a long term challenge to make sure I keep going even if I can’t keep losing at that rate.
