Just finished workout 1 and added a mommy and me yoga for toddlers. I have lots of room for improvement but thankful I got a workout DONE!! ✅

I just searched YouTube. Amy has some baby and me workouts but my baby is a busy toddler! Even the yoga didn’t go smoothly except for the part where I did planks with him on my back :joy:

The nitro lid is also legit! To be honest, as much as I love the nitro cold brew, some days my stomach cant handle it. It is some serious caffeination!

I’ve opted to weigh in daily and change it on here no matter if it goes up and down. I swear I have no idea what my body is doing sometimes but I think daily weigh ins will help me with accountability.

I’ve always been able to eat well OR excercise regularly, but have trouble doing both at the same time. Anyone have any good tips?

I've had the same problem. I finally started tracking food with my phone using the nutritionix app and my FitBit keeps me on track with my exercise. I am quite competitive, so both of these apps help me a lot and of course these DietBets :)
