I’m really looking forward to adding exercise back in as I was finally cleared yesterday at my 6 week post op!! Before my hysterectomy and endometriosis excision, I was in so much pain during running or jumping. After a test jog yesterday... I broke down crying. I cannot believe I finally have my life and body back. Looking forward to getting in good shape.
