You might find it more inspiring when you visit the diet bet website if your profile picture didn't feature pizza quite so prominently :-( Seems like it is a reminder of what not to do. You can do this!

Do you eat breakfast? Per Tim Ferris' suggestion I drink a 30 gram protein shake every morning within 30 mins of waking, and I'm loosing a pound a day.

Read that you are not losing weight. What are you eating? Because weight loss is 90% about the foods you eat so you must be doing smth off. Still lots of time left to course correct though :)
