Even though I did not win this last dietbet, this weighin doubles for a new dietbet. And I was awfully close to completing it. For a challenge that crossed the Thanksgiving holiday, I am thrilled to still be down weight and fitting better into my clothes.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Obviously, I would have wanted to lose the last two pounds, but I avoided workouts as it has been crazy dealing with final projects and presentations this semester. I would like to make more time for myself and exercize regularly. This is when I lose the most weight and I only have a few pounds to go to my target weight.
