Non-scale victory of the week!

Expertise can be derived from recognizing failure and learning from it. I've learned my weaknesses and where I have failed to keep weight off. Thankfully, I have only gained a few pounds since my last dietbet, but I am eager to lose them and then some this month. My NSV was recognizing my weaknesses, accepting them, and starting fresh with a new positive attitude.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to cut out the processed junk and plan my days more efficiently. It is absolutely no use constantly buying fast food or what is available at school. It's a waste of money and is harmful to my health.

I want to exercise with 7 days of 30 minute weight training and at least 3 days of cardio.

I feel stronger and ready to take on more difficult workouts. I'm getting up earlier and feeling great!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This weeks challenge being to drink water, eat veggies and fruit and exercise daily has left me feeling like I am kicking ass and not in need of improvement as of right now.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am leading up to my period and barely "gained" a pound when I typically increase in weight by at least 4 pounds. This tells me I am actually still losing some fat while my body holds onto water. I look slim when I look in the mirror, which is a feeling I have not experienced in years.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need more exercise.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am full of energy! The ketogenic diet is working wonders so far and I am so excited to get up each morning and get ready for my day!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to work on getting longer hours of sleep. All of this energy is actually keeping me awake longer at night and getting fewer hours of sleep. I will be working out more often to correct this.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Even though I did not win this last dietbet, this weighin doubles for a new dietbet. And I was awfully close to completing it. For a challenge that crossed the Thanksgiving holiday, I am thrilled to still be down weight and fitting better into my clothes.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Obviously, I would have wanted to lose the last two pounds, but I avoided workouts as it has been crazy dealing with final projects and presentations this semester. I would like to make more time for myself and exercize regularly. This is when I lose the most weight and I only have a few pounds to go to my target weight.

Exercize!!! I plan on getting into the gym this week and burning the extra glucagen stores in my body to ramp up my ketogenic dieting.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Loving my curves, even if they don't physically look far different from when I started, I have learned to appreciate them.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I actually feel pretty successful this week and criticizing a good performance my actually hinder me. Sure, I had some treats that aren't the best choice, but I know I counter balanced that earlier in the week, and it feels good to successfully treat myself every once in awhile, especially when I'm showing great progress.
