I can fit a size 10 pants now! Yay!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was sick the past week, but I’m okay with how well I did with my eating and giving my body a break.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I can fit into my size 14 shorts again! And they are loose on my hips and thighs! Yay!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Sleeping. I’ve been eating well and drinking plenty of water, but I don’t get enough sleep.

I’m actually able to do my workouts without stopping too much. Doing all the reps and sometimes more!

My eating. I was a little out of control, but I’m sure I am doing better this week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m drinking more water! I could barely get 60oz in, now I’m drinking almost 120oz a day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to be more consistent with my sleep. Because when I’m too tired, I won’t workout.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I finally have to wear a belt with my jeans!!! I don’t know if I mentioned that before. I haven’t been on here in a while, but I can wear a belt! And it’s like to the 6th hole! I haven’t had that happen for me in a long time.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing. This week went great. I did my P90X workouts everyday. I was careful with my eating. I’ve even started running because I joined a running club and am part of a race right now! It’s so exciting. :D

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I want to help my team beat our opponent in the race we are a part of. We are currently 100 miles behind them, but I think we can manage. I’d also like to up my miles. I’m only able to do around 6 miles a day, but I would really love to be able to do more.

I can fit all of my size L workout leggings and shorts! And I can go up the stairs to my third floor apartment without being completely out of breath. Lol.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have tried not being so hard on myself. I did the best that I could and I made it! :D

To keep going! I’m on Phase 2 of P90X! I can’t give up now. :)

I was able to fit into a pair of shorts and leggings that I couldn’t fit in back in November 2017!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating every three hours or so because I tend to go too long without eating, but luckily my body hasn’t done the starvation mode where it turns everything into fat. Haha.
