Non-scale victory of the week!
have been doing well with telling myself no, that I have something I am working for and I don't need to self sabotage myself. and I have been trying harder to get my steps in everyday. that pedometer motivates me!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I continue to have a over eating issue. I am recognizing when I am full but I am not stopping because of an old bad habit of having to finish everything on my plate....and there's always a lot on my plate :/
