Curious about game logistics...
How are so many people dropping out each round but aren’t included in the pot? I thought we were obligated to pay for whole time? The end pot has dropped a lot since beginning the game. Thanks!

I understood this up front: If you paid all up front, you get a $25 discount. If you pay one month at a time, you can drop out at anytime.

Robert P.

Allowing people to drop out without continuing to contribute is wrong. The entire point of this is to commit to a goal and not bug out at the first sign of adversity. I'm with you, Nathan; I thought everyone was in for the $150.

Can someone tell me what is a realistic amount of muscle weight gain to expect per week? I know muscle weighs more than fat, but I'm not sure how to account for that. I know a lot of women my size who are fit and weigh more because of the muscle. (I am not fit so theres not much muscle weight there yet. Haha) But I was just curious to see how much of a difference it will make if I was to start incorporating more weights into my workouts.

300 not 500, my mistake!

Stephanie R.

You wont get bulky!! When I first started weightlifting I ended up looking a bit bigger at first but that's because I was adding muscle on top of having the same fat amount. Gradually you burn more and more and you get that lean "toned" look. Also don't be afraid of lifting heavy ;) you'll see faster muscle gain and fat loss that way
