Non-scale victory of the week!

Been shaking things up and adding variety to my workout routines each night to avoid getting bored

I could have prepped my food to make eating lunch and not snacking a bit easier.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I started to eat really poorly over the election stress so to counteract I would drink a massive glass of water when I first started feeling hungry and if I ever wanted a snack I would have a grapefruit or an apple. I also made sure to hit 250 steps every hour - usually meant with 10 minutes in each hour I would do as many squats and dance around to music until I made it

Fewer peanut chews from Halloween, more fruit.

I didn't eat the ENTIRE box of donuts

Didn't work out as much this week due to exhaustion for working 12 hour days and being on solo parenting duty for a few nights

Received news that I was being laid off a week after returning from Maternity Leave with my third child and didn't completely eat the house down, instead, I decided to join a few dietbet games.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could've put the chocolate down a few more times than I did.
