Non-scale victory of the week!
I was able to walk away from some delicious, all organic brownies being served as a treat at Whole Foods today! Staying strong for the long life I want!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I am o y way to Yoga! 2nd time since about 10 years ago! It is a slow paced and compremised yoga for those of us who can't bend or stand long but its still moving and I am excited!
