Didn't stuff face when I was very stressed at work.

Went over my calories a few days and didn't work out yesterday.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Fastest mile in a 0-2mi distance! 12 min/mile pace. Breathing was hard because it was chilly. Almost made the mile without slowing down to catch my breath.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not gone overboard with food. I emotional ate a couple days after customers insulted me and brought home junk food another day.

Don’t emotional eat or bring home junk food. It’s the only reason why I’m on a plateau and having trouble.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Decided to keep apartment and install wall sconce, paint the walls, and get new furniture. Rearranged my furniture and realized there was a lot more room than I thought.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not gotten Chinese food last night because I have food poisoning today.

Gave a day to a co worker so I could have a lovely day off. Enjoyed a 10 mile ride and got some great pictures.

I went way over my calories a couple days.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Bought a workout shirt that doesn’t have sleeves. I’m self conscious about wearing it because I don’t go sleeveless. It helps preventing overheating during treadmill time but I’m not a fan of the style.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Done better getting my sugar intake under control. The Easter candy display moved from by my station at work so that should help. I’m limiting walking past the markdown section because that’s where I get most of my junk food.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Completed my first RunBet of the year and just finished my first StepBet too. If I had a craving for junk food I’d take what I wanted and gave the rest away.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not start drinking coffee again. My headaches have returned.
