Last month I didn't make my DB goal after changing jobs and upping my calories but I'm happy to say that this month has gone much better with the scale!!! My job keeps me soooo active and after slackening my macro goals for a few weeks I finally pulled it back in and my weight started going down again and I definitely made my goal this time!!! I'm super excited to see what the summer will bring me with my super-active job. I'm down to 300lbs as of today from the 370lbs I started at back in Jan this year. So proud of my progress and ready to keep going!

I keep forgetting to report my meals here! I have a new job and I'm a little busy 😅 I work at my university and have a meal plan at the dining center so my lunch/dinner usually come from there!

Yesterday I slept in and skipped my usual protein shake breakfast and started with lunch - a nice spinach based salad with chicken, chickpeas, and some seeds plus a little bowl of their sweet and sour chicken entre. Calories: 759
For dinner, I had another salad, this time heavy on the protein and beans and cheese with some vinaigrette (that I didn't like that much

  • Starting out with Chinese hot pot for a Mother’s Day dinner. This tracks out to about 500 calories and one of my favorite meals! I add rice noodles and sliced beef and shrimp as well. An easy way to sneak in some veggies!

So what does it mean by like “first 500” “first 1,000” does that mean you choose one person from the “first 500” one person for the “first 1000” ??

Haley - at the start of the game all entry prizes are listed. 10 winners were selected from the first 500 players to register, and 3 winners were selected from the first 1000 players to register. Our game did not reach 1500 players so the last entry prizes were not distributed.

The first 2 months of 2022 were smooth sailing & it felt like the weight just flew off but these past 6 weeks have been tough. I'm having such a hard time getting the scale to move below 327. I can see the progress when I measure, but I'm just stuck fluctuating between 327-330. We're about halfway through this bet and I'm so determined to push past this plateau and to crush this goal by weigh-in day.

Me too!!!! I lost tons of weight Jan-Mar and April has just not been my month! I think I've actually been hungry? So I upped my calories to closer to maintenance for a couple of days to see if that helps my matabolism calm down. Not sure
