Menu-planned and meal-prepped at the beginning of the week. Stayed mostly on-plan.

I think I made the best choices I could with the available options.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not sure... I was traveling with my daughter last week for a sports tournament. Staying in a hotel and eating out 3x/day all week made it extremely difficult to stay on track.

Being aware of my food choices and allowing myself to enjoy sweets in moderation, not splurging, during my birthday week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Had a healthy snack planned for at work, to eat while I was doing an extremely boring project, instead of caving to the chocolate-covered almonds and caramel corn.
