Not wanting any sweets and passing up on the foods that used to tempt me.

I just have not been getting in my gallon of water. Also, my ketosis levels are low. Not what I'm used to seeing despite the fact I have NOT been taking in any carbs. I NEED to get my booty into the gym or the ring.
