I’m exactly the same I hit my goal for this month early now been gaining and loosing the same 3 pounds for a few weeks. Going to drink lots of water and keep moving the next few days which has worked for me before. We can do it :relaxed::muscle:

Keep salt very low helps me meet my goal... i weighed 198 monday and weigh tonight 195... not morning weiggt... night weight... i qas just watee retaining. Drink your water. Meal replacement shakes... get your protein in!

Portion control and exercise! An hour at the gym burns a lot of calories for this big body! So every little bit helps!

  • Today’s Lunch! 265 calories for 2 cauliflower pancakes (like hash browns, from Trader Joe’s), one egg, and some low fat feta cheese. So easy to make (air fryer for the pancakes) and so good! I recommend.
