I've gained over 5 lbs since last weigh in!!!! I'm going to have to do something and get this stress under control. Between my mom being sick and having to go back and forth to her and getting her to appointments and having hours added back at work I'm pretty much just done. I'm tired all the time but need to find a way to make exercise a priority again. I was doing so well a month or two ago and now just walking 10 minutes wears me out. I'm going to sit down over the weekend and try to get a plan written out to get back on track in time for Rounds 4-6.

You can do it! If you can only do 10 minutes then that's what you do! If you can only do 5 then you could do that too. Anything is better than nothing. And your progress will build on your previous progress

I am traveling next week and am a bit worried about food. I’ll have access to a few restaurants but not many. I have been cooking all of my meals at home. Any suggestions will help😀

Try to get meals high in protein and avoid sauces

  • On the left was in 2018. And on the right is 2020! I still have a ways to go but I am closer today than I was in 2018! Just take it one day at a time and one workout at a time... What has helped me in my journey is counting calories and working out. I can almost fit into a size 12 pants! I am able to get them on and buttoned but they're still snug and uncomfortable. So hopefully by this time next month they'll fit! Keep going! We can do this!
