Non-scale victory of the week!

I had purchased pizza and some Easter candies through a fundraiser of my students. After receiving the goodies, I gave them to my classes as rewards instead of eating them myself (like I would have in the past). I also skipped out on donuts at 2 staff meetings. I haven’t cheated! Feeling great.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Maybe I could have pushed the speed on the treadmill or done more core strength at the gym.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I re-started C25K and the first run felt great. I waited a few weeks into working out to get back to it and I’m glad I did. I feel my endurance growing!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My diet was pretty darn good, but I should stop eating earlier in the evening because I am a late snacker.
