Nutrition and sleep! I had a few nights where i struggled to fall asleep and stay asleep. It’s soooo hot here right now. Upwards and onwards!

Will power! I am gaining and losing the same 3-4kg for a but now. Luckily finished the last round on the low end but after the weekend i am right back up. I need to focus on nutrition!
