Decided not to track my food this dietbet like I did the last. Tracking might work for some but personally I end up becoming to restrictive. Even if I don’t “win” I’m excited to eat healthier and let this dietbet keep me accountable

Have you tried tracking different things? There’s an app called daily dozen that lets you check off servings of fruit, veggies, etc., which I find a lot more encouraging than tracking cals

I now am able to just eat with mindfulness and I find its way better on my mental !
