Walking is easier than ever and i'm averaging 6000 steps a day.

I have made walking a habit and I now do a little at least 5 times a week.

My eating was out of control. I want to try and find healthier alternatives to junk food.

I finally started eating more veggies and meal prepping. It's so much easier than I thought.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I exercised and ate much better than I anticipated. My clothes are starting to sag. I don't feel so bloated. I have energy in the mornings and I'm sleeping much better.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had a bad binge day and I'm scared to see the damage on myfitnesspal. I need to plan my "normal" eating days better so that I don't overeat or eat too much of the wrong thing.
