Non-scale victory of the week!

I am not into sweets but this past week I was dying for something sweet. I almost bought a big cookie at the grocery store but said NO. I went home and made a chocolate protein shake with a scoop of peanut butter. I was satisfied!!

Im trying to finish a gallon of water...almost there.
