Non-scale victory of the week!

I think it’s the new meds I’m on. I have no appetite that and stress mixed. We also camped this week so we spent a lot of time doing physical activity and I have a two year old attached to my hip.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Meal prep to make sure I’m eating. I can go days without eating unless I’m told to sit and eat.
