Truly watched what I ate even when everyone around me have such good smelling food

Non-scale victory of the week!

Worked out walked and actually able to run a mile again! Not just walk a mile run a while mile without stopping!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have actually taken more then one rest day with my hurt foot. But the work has payed off!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I ate well and worked out 4 times! Lost some inches but not lbs it’s a bonus - I just realized this says 228 I’m in shock!!!

This week has been really hard I’ve gained almost 9lbs haven’t been to the gym but I’ll keep working on it
