Woke up 1 lb from goal. Tried fasting. Drank lots of water. Tried the salt bath. Still 0.6 to go. Sigh. Don’t know how much longer I can go without eating something, and not sure all the stress is even worth it

I just got done with 4 mile treadmill workout and hot bath . I had 1.5 lbs to lose as of this am . Went to a concert and had 3 capt Morgan Diet Coke’s. Prob did not help . I made last month but think I’ll be around 1 lb shy of my goal weight !! I ate grapefruit breakfast , protein shake lunch with 1 oz of cashews and no supper yet .

weigh-in is Sun. February 3rd 12:00 am (midnight) to Mon. February 4th 11:59 pm Pacific Standard Time! Use a time zone calculator online and you'll be able to find your exact times!

You can weigh in Sunday (I just learned this). If your weigh in is verified, and you don’t try to weigh in after that, you can resubmit it (within 24 hrs) when the weigh out window opens.

  • Yum! Italian cauliflower rice. Took about 25 mins. 4 BIG servings. Approx 370 cal ea

    -1 lb ground turkey
    -1 bag frozen cauli rice
    -half green bell pepper
    -1/4 onion
    -10 grape tomatoes (add at the end)
    -1 can petite diced tomatoes
    -2 large mushrooms
    -Italian seasoning

    -brown the meat
    -add the veggies
    -lid on for 10 mins on medium
    -stir occasionally
    -top with shredded cheese (if desired)
