Non-scale victory of the week!

Working out even when i feel like im dieing. Just found out my heart is in horrible shape. Exercise and diet it what my cardiologist recommended for now anyway to lose weigjt while i wait for surgery my insurance sucks.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Lose all this water weigjt im going to start taking dirrectics per doc request im retaining alot of fluid even before i drank one beer and really blew up. I was down 2 278.8 just 2 days ago and now im back up to 283.8. I feel like a failure. Im going to keep on moving forward even if im swimming against a current stronger than myself. Ima die tring if need be. Thats all i can do. Other option is sitting and waiting to die wothout even tring.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I think im retaining water was at 282.8 now at 285.6. May be due to weight training i am very sore at the moment which means my mussels are swollen. How every in the past like 2 weeks i have lost 2 inches around my waist. So something good is happening

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

No beer would have been better. Didnt realise beer makes u bloat. And i only drank 2 beers.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Continue what im doing train hardcore wirh calisthenics and weights every other day 45min 2 times a day. With alternating days with 45 mins swiming 45 min low impact cardio for my rest days. Add amio acid sups and protein meal replacements for breakfast. With a healthy large sald for dinner. Eat nothing sold till after noon. And eating nothing sold after 5pm everyday. 1 gallon of water min everyday. Take multi vit everyday. And walk the dog every morning for 1-2 miles. Join softball league for mondays evening activity. And only cardio sunday morning with sunday evening being a lazy movie time full rest sleep at least 10 hours a night go to bed bed 9pm

-Try to sleep 8 hours straight every night -more veggies no pasta eat lots of cauliflower -cardio everyday, weigh training every other day, daily walk at least 1 mile total time every day exercise for no less than 1 hour more more than 2 hours.
