I was 235 two weeks ago fattest I have ever been I was skinny all my life until I started medications and became sedentary I have been counting calories for three days I have never counted calories My goal is to be 199 by the end of June all my weight seems to be my belly very difficult not to be disgusted and ashamed I avoid mirrors s anyways off I go! I am feeling very vulnerable My goal for this week is to get to 227 and stay there also that I can start to slowly jog
