Worked out a lot more - yoga a couple times, running at the botanic garden, hit 10,000 steps 6/7 days, biked a lot more (> 20 miles).
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I guess eating - I think I do well overall, but there are little things I need to avoid, like cookie and cannoli at the bbq, ice cream bars, beer (switch to hard with diet), less carbs overall.
