Non-scale victory of the week!

Started doing yoga at home. Going to try to do that at least 5xs per week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went bowling on Sat and didn’t drink at all. Then went out for food after and had a glass of red wine and a salad with grilled salmon and balsamic dressing. Minimized snacking at home and at work.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More workouts/yoga/walking (but temps were well below freezing so that’s my excuse)

Non-scale victory of the week!

Decided to do a night before weigh in fast (had a big, healthy lunch) to help reset the bad eating from the weekend. Had an egg white wrap after my good weigh in.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drinking on Saturday night and hangover eating on Sunday. Try to limit drinking nights out to 5-6 drinks max and only one bigger drinking night a week.

Made it back to yoga during lunchtime and eating a lot more produce this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Less bad snacks and candy at work. More walking and make more time for the gym.

Very successful first week of low carb! didnt do as much cardio as I wanted but got some good steps in and at least one yoga sesh.

More yoga/weights/cardio. Healthier low carb meals (chicken, seafood, veggies)

Non-scale victory of the week!

Starting a strict low carb diet today, and sticking with it so far! Planned ahead when I went out to lunch at chipotle. Meal planning is going to be key.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything - too many sweets, didn’t get enough steps let alone actual cardio

Non-scale victory of the week!

Worked out a lot more - yoga a couple times, running at the botanic garden, hit 10,000 steps 6/7 days, biked a lot more (> 20 miles).

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I guess eating - I think I do well overall, but there are little things I need to avoid, like cookie and cannoli at the bbq, ice cream bars, beer (switch to hard with diet), less carbs overall.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I think I did a good job of not over-indulging and making healthier choices when given the option. When I went out to eat I tried to stop and take food home. Also didn’t drink too much at parties.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Track calories - I did a couple days, but would like to do it for at least 4/7 days. It’s hard when going out to eat without knowing calories.

To build on my previous goals - increase to a 12,000 step avg, track cals 4/7 days, and do yoga at least twice.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Achieved my goal of averaging 10,000 steps this week. Lost weight but not as much as I was hoping.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Better control over the weekend and at restaurants.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Maintain my goal of 10,000 steps per week and also track calories. Hopefully that will help hold me accountable for everything I eat and make me think twice if I have to track it. I can also identify trouble spots where I splurge and over eat.
