  • Good morning everyone and welcome to CHOOSE TO LOSE. I’m extremely excited for this DietBet !!” Not only am I hosting but I’m participating this time around as well. For those who may not know I’m Jasmine ! Mom of 2, former Social Worker now full time “Weightloss Influencer” (as some like to call it lol). I lost 120 pounds in 2018 by drastically changing my diet and activity level. I genuinely love supporting and helping others find joy in the process of becoming the healthiest version of themselves (mind & body).

Hi ! I’m Charnele, mom of a 3 year old and a 6 month old. I’ve claimed 2019 as my year for change in all areas, but most importantly my health.
