I have a pinched nerve that I have been babying...I am hopeful that I will feel up to the normal exercise routine...yard work doesn’t help it either but it has to get done.

Finally feeling healthy again...coughing is almost a thing of the past!

Really try to get back to where I was exercising after being so sick all month. I was really sad to not be able to do the workouts in the Joel Freeman DietBet. I hope he does another one!
