My right leg is not in as much pain as it was. I am able to sleep better at night and more alert in the morning.

Finding I have more control and not nibbling between meals. My waist seems a bit smaller and don’t feel bloated.

I really need to walk. I did not make a conscious effort to exercise this past week. So I need to walk
