- Weighed in today and down 1 lb! 10 days to go to lose another 1.4 lbs to meet round 1’s goal. Pretty certain I’ll hit it but more excited that my weight is finally back into a normal range!
- English muffin with turkey bacon and egg. This keeps me full most of the morning. Going for a hike this morning!
This is my first transformer challenge. I've don't kickstrters but decided I need more than 4 weeks of motivation. I am totally motivated to drop this extra weight and keep it off! Week 1 has been great with sticking to my meal plan and workouts.
