Drank more water and stayed stronger. I didn’t eat anything bad, I just ate too much.

Non-scale victory of the week!

This first week I have resisted my favorite granola bars, stayed totally on point with my food, water, and workouts, and feel way less bloated than in Day 1

Gotten all my meals prepped. I need to stay on top of that to succeed long term.
