Non-scale victory of the week!

I've gotten back into walking after weeks of too kucb overtime and a vacation. It feels so good to workout again.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I've actually been rocking it this week!

Stick to my diet and exercises on my days off, when I don't have the structure of work to keep me on track.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I've picked back up exercising now that my breathing issues have resolved. I feel fantastic! I mean, seriously just so good every day. Feeling so good, sleeping better, means I am well rested and so I eat better. The weight just fell off, and I was happy. Don't get me wrong. But I was way more happy about just feeling GOOD again.

Not a thing. Keep up the good work me!

Keep the ball rolling. Got my vacation coming up and this up east, positive vibe is just the right mindset for an anniversary!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Man, I didn't think I'd had a victory. I've been working so much I feel like my eating has been terrible. Turns out that working so much means my eating was highly regulated and controlled! The only time it could be terrible was when I was home, and I was mostly asleep!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Definitely need to prep my breakfast casseroles again, so I can come home and grab something hot and tasty, yet also good for me, rather than reach for my 'emergency' microwave meals.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did not eat any fast food on my drive! Had beef jerky once, but that's within my diet. It was HARD.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Gotten more walking in despite the cold. Stretched.
