Not feeling so bloated and I believe my period is coming soon.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’m not sure. I am fasting 22:2 since 3:30 and watch my calorie intake. No more than 1200. Maybe working consistently might help.

I started gym today. One hour on the stairclimber. Not an easy victory after 3 months of inactivity.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Stuck to my OMAD and had the bunless double cheeseburger I had at 3pm. But I can try again tomorrow.

I’ve been dealing with a cold and pneumonia for 3 weeks now but I finally feel I can start my gym routine by Sunday. Also, trying to keep Keto and water goal. I’m going to push myself and try to NOT listen to my inner destructive self.
