Non-scale victory of the week!

Sticking to my meal plan on day 2 was tough but I am determined to continue. It is not about wining a anymore. It is about being alive and Healthy.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My workout. Was not anything to write about. My saving grace was that it was a very active week in the office for me. Was on my feet a lot.
