I used to weigh 300lbs. I managed to get down to 200lbs, but seem to be stuck here. I need to get the final 65lbs off my body for good. I get lazy about dieting and thought this would help keep me motivated to keep going.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I feel most challenged by my slow metabolism. I have hypothyroid and it seems that no matter what I do my weight loss is super duper slow. I also have fibromyalgia, so I do struggle with fatigue as well.
