Non-scale victory of the week!
Finally uploaded starting weight, and kicked it up to 120 oz of water a day! Also started walking to and from work- it's subtle, but I can tell my legs are getting stronger~
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Eating less- dad made ribs, pork chops, steak and ribs again this week. I ate past the point of no longer being hungry, but not enough to be comatose.
