  • I tried eggs-a-la-Ashley this morning (sorry can’t remember her insta handle) but they turned out so perfect!! Made an egg and put it on toast with a slice of Velveeta cheese and turkey sausage to make a breakfast sandwich for 5sp on WW Blue!😍 if you want to follow each other my Instagram name is @jordandoeshealth !   • THE GAME HAS STARTED! OMG. I am so pumped and ready for this and I hope everyone else is too! I am going to kick things off by introducing myself for anyone here who doesn’t know me

    My name is Felicia Keathley and I am a 25 year old stay at home mom of 2 boys! 3 years ago I started my weight loss journey at 302 pounds at my absolute rock bottom. I felt like I had tried SO many things to lose weight but would always end up quitting. I was at the point where I wanted to get weight loss surgery but my insurance needed proof of a failed weight loss program. So that’s why I joined WW (weight watchers) basically just expecting to fail. 3 years later here I am! Down 145 pounds naturally with WW and exercise

    I truly believe I was put on this earth to share my story and help others not only lose weight but change their mindset to be able to keep the weight off. So like I say all the time, YES this is a weight loss challenge, I also want you to dig deep and focus on all the other aspects that come along with weight loss. NO MORE all or nothing mentality. NO MORE quitting after one night out. This is forever. And I am here to help.

I am ready for this to kickstart me back to my goal weights 157 is the area I feel most comfortable at chasing after my two young boys! Quarantine has been a little tough on healthy habits - gonna use this time to focus on restarting those and other healthy routines

Working 12 hours shifts today and tomorrow. My goal is to get workouts in both days, prepare my food as much as possible, and still get a decent amount of sleep. I didn’t workout yesterday like I wanted which threw me off. But it’s a new day and a new month.
