Oof! Nothing like starting your period a few days before final weigh in to up the ante! I did not hit my step goal yesterday and had a handful of m&ms and today's weight really kicked me in the hiney. Focusing on getting all my steps and not indulging in the little monsters 😅 until my weigh in is approved.

NSV was my jeans not being as tight! I see the scale move but I feel like I don’t look different but then that happened this am! I felt so much more comfortable in my jeans.

I love seeing everyone’s healthy food choices dont get me wrong, but does anyone eat less healthy food and watch their calories? Or is it just me 😭😂

I do not do well with restricting the "unhealthy" foods so I just try to add more veggies so I'm less hungry for the less healthy stuff. Today for lunch I had a slice and a half of pepperoni pizza, a small kale and tomato salad, half an avocado, and a boiled egg :relieved:

@Sara I think I can stick to what’s working. I definitely try to make healthier choices, but a lot of the time I just portion control what I want to eat. Or stop eating when I’m full instead of just eating cause I want to!
