Two spin classes - broke my personal record in one of them.

Diet. Ate crappy. Had one day where things went really off the rails and the scale is up a full pound.

Don't feel like I could win no matter what. Started getting serious about gym/lifting again, average eating this week (with definite deficits) and scale ticked up anyways.
