Exercising ever day! Reduced calories

Was traveling so felt I did better than usual. Need to make my daily water requirements a must!!!!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Only had wine two nights instead of all every evening.. Reduced junk food to one or two bites instead of entire box. Worked out every day.
